- Cajun Jambalaya Pasta – Fresh shrimp and andouille sausage tossed with red bell peppers and penne pasta in a Cajun garlic sauce and topped with fresh green onions. Gluten-sensitive substitution available
- Pan-Seared Pork Loins – Three hand-cut pork medallions pan-seared and glazed with a cranberry-orange sauce. Served with a side of cranberry chutney, crazy rise, and steamed vegetables. Gluten-sensitive.
- Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms – Two large portobello mushroom caps stuffed with roasted red peppers, fresh basil, and mozzarella cheese and placed on thick-cut pieces Texas toast. Served with a side of glazed carrot sticks. Gluten-sensitive substitution is available.
