12th Annual Winchester Restaurant Week (RW), presented by the Winchester Main Street Foundation (WMSF), is your chance to show off what makes your restaurant special! Highlight guest favorites, signature dishes, or menu items you love to create. Be creative, have fun, and make a great impression on both new and returning guests.

Multi-Course Menu

Offer a competitive price to attract new diners and reward loyal customers. Restaurants choose their own pricing in $5 increments (for example, three courses for $20, $30, or $35). Portions should reflect your regular menu; this is not a tasting menu. Each course should include two to three choices.

Meal Deals

Offer specially priced entrees, cocktails, appetizers, desserts, or family meal packs. Prices should also be in $5 increments (for example, $5 appetizers, $10 entrees, $5 desserts, or a $30 family meal pack).

What’s Expected From you

  • Complete agreement and email to va**************@**********va.gov or deliver in person or send by mail to EDA, 2 N Cameron Street, Suite 301, Winchester, VA 22601
  • Submit Menu by deadline: Final menus are due to WMSF by February 1, 2026. Make your menu eligible, easy, and fun! This is what will attract visitors!
  • Menus & logo: Restaurants are responsible for printing their own RW menus, which must include the official WMSF-RW logo.
  • Make it visible: RW menus should be included with or displayed alongside your regular menu.
  • Pricing notes: Tax, gratuity, and beverages are not included in RW pricing.
  • Restaurants are expected to participate on the days they register to participate.
  • Measuring Success: Complete a short post-event survey within 30 days and track the number of Restaurant Week meals served.
  • Promotion Commitment: Include the WMSF-RW logo and/or mention in regular promotions (mailings, on-site displays, menu inserts, advertisements).
  • Use of Names & Logo: Participating restaurants grant WMSF permission to use the restaurant name, logo, and/or chef’s name for RW promotion.

Cost & Participation

There is no fee to participate; we ask that you provide one complimentary meal for a WMSF
representative who will visit during Restaurant Week to help promote your business. See page 4:
“Restaurant Week Complimentary Meal Voucher” for full details.

Relationship & Liability

  • Restaurants and WMSF are independent contractors; participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
  • Restaurants with repeated complaints (for example, insufficient portions, not providing an RW menu) may not be invited to participate in future events.
  • Neither party is responsible for failure to perform obligations due to acts of God, government action, strikes, labor issues, fires, floods, or other unforeseen events.
  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
